After search for home remodeling contractors for many months, they stopped by, said can’t do the job due to lot of blueprints until this contractor wanted to give a try to do the job. They worked so hard, did amazing, and my home came out beautiful!!!!! They built a garage addition, back patio with cover, front door pillars, paint whole the house, driveway cement, and front entry cement. Highly recommended hire Elevated Building Design! Erwin is fantastic! I manage an outdated 1920s house in the U-District and the basement needed DIRE attention (2 baths + 3 bedrooms). I interviewed 3 contractors and Erwin stood out by far. While other well-seasoned contractors told me to "just tear down the house" Erwin came up with strategies no one else did. He wasn't phased at the poor condition and there was absolutely no judgement. I had a short one-month tenant flip window. Erwin was able to complete the project on-time, while also being flexible the evolving scope. His optimism, confidence, and knowledge from start to finish really put me at ease at a very stressful time. Hire him!

Elevated Building Design completely remodeled our retail space, transforming it from a closed office to an open, beautiful, and elegant storefront. They are responsive and dependable, and their work is absolutely top-notch. The building is over a hundred years old and needed special care in the remodel—EBD brought an expertise and finesse to the build that maintained the character of the building while improving upon it. Would highly recommend them for any commercial or residential projects.
